Match the Airless Road Marking Machine to the Paint
Confirm water-based or solvent-based marking paint, viscosity range, solids, filtration and approved tip. Do not assume every coating can pass the same pump, hose and nozzle.
Ask the coating supplier for application limits and cleaning method. Record ambient and pavement conditions because wet, dusty or contaminated surfaces can reduce adhesion regardless of machine pressure.
Choose Single or Double Gun Road Marking
YG-8S uses one gun and lists a 100–300 mm spray-width range. YG-8D uses two guns and lists up to 450 mm. A second gun is useful only when the layout and operator can control two lines or a wider pattern.
Define straight lines, curves, symbols, crosswalks and edge work separately. Gun brackets, nozzle angle and guide position affect placement, so approve a trial before measuring daily production.

Check Pump Pressure, Flow and Hose Route
Both YG-8S and YG-8D list 8–12 MPa. Their pump flows are 4.8 and 8 L/min. These are model specifications, not promises of finished metres per hour.
Hose length, filters, tip wear and coating condition influence spray stability. Keep the suction path clean, relieve pressure before service and use components rated for the final system.
Plan Parking Lot Line Quality and Acceptance
Define line width, wet-film thickness, edge sharpness, coverage and bead requirement where applicable. Mark reference points and control walking speed so the deposited film remains consistent.
Measure representative lines after the trial and inspect starts, stops and curves. A clean spray pattern does not replace coating cure and adhesion checks required by the project.
